Where Jay Cooke State Park, 3 miles east of Carlton, Minnesota on state highway 210 (southwest of Duluth)
What Hiking, canoeing (if conditions permit), picnic and recreation at Park Point in Duluth, Christian fellowship, Bible studies, sharing, singing, plus other activities as time and weather permit.

We will also have Sunday School and Remembrance meeting at the Holiday Inn in downtown Duluth Sunday morning.

Who People age 15 and above. No exceptions please.
Cost $50 (or whatever you can contribute)
Please make checks payable to Trott Brook Gospel Hall Activity Fund.

Bring a friend if you would like to. The trip is designed to be fun and at the same time to help you grow spiritually.

Campsite

We will camp at the group site at Jay Cooke State Park. In case of emergency call (218) 384-4610.

Things to Bring

Please use this list and be sure to bring all of the items.
  • Bible
  • warm clothes
  • shoes to wear in water - water shoes, tennis shoes or sandals with ankle straps, NO flip-flops!
  • extra shoes
  • rain gear
  • towel and bar of soap
  • warm sleeping bag (an air mattress is helpful)
  • lantern or flashlight
  • homemade cookies in a disposable container
  • Please be prepared to dress modestly. If you have a two piece swim suit or tight-fitting trunks, bring a non-transparent T-shirt and/or shorts to be worn over them at all times, including when you are swimming.

If possible, please arrange your own transportation to and from Jay Cooke State Park--keeping in mind that the park rangers would like us to keep the number of vehicles to a minimum.

If you do not have transportation, please meet at Trott Brook at 4:00 Friday afternoon.

Please submit your registration as soon as possible. And don't forget your medical release form. Even if you're over 18, the medical information may be necessary if you are injured or become ill.
